Somehow…I only got one picture of my foods today. Uh, odd.
At least it was tasty, right?
Spinach + USVAB + Banana + 1/4C PB Flour + 2T Raw Cacao Powder + Ice
Oh yeah. I added the Honey Sunshine Cereal because it wasn’t sweet enough…but sometimes, you just need the bitterness, ya know?
Anyhow, the rest of today was spent hanging out with the parents and move’n around wood to and from places. I did eat at other times though, including a veggie avocado sandwich from the bakery, and an apple and two pieces of endangered species dark chocolate and raspberry chocolate as a snack.
After my parents left Whit and I headed out to see
RIO!!!

Talk about a boy who knows how to lift my mood, take me to see a movie about beautiful birds. But omg something I didn’t expect? I love love loved the soundtrack! I mean, Will I.A.M. and Jamie Foxx? Yeah, it was awesome! But at the same time as it had me totally gripped, I was also thinking about sadly, how true the movie is. There are so many birds being taken as chicks from their native homes to be breed and kept as pets far, far away. Kinda made me sad…oh the reality I know.
Anyhow, I was not in the mood to eat after the movie, cause I was just not feelin…anything. I ended up finishing up the spaghetti squash, cauliflower, spinach, marinara sauce, tempeh and two pieces of vegetable sourdough bread my mom brought.
(Sorry, recycled picture)
I finished off the dish with several pieces of dried mango and three more pieces of that raspberry chocolate from endangered species chocolate. Whit and I are watching Human Planet on the Discovery Channel to end the night! I hope you had a good weekend!
Oh, but I enjoyed going to Whit’s Jiu Jitsu Tournament this weekend! Look at him go!
(He’s in the blue)
He lost one match and finished with a draw in the last two, but totally should have won but somehow wasn’t given the points. Next time!

That movie looks so cute!! My only issue is the cost of 3D movies…well.. the cost of movies in general.. I try to wait til the movies come out on video! That def cancels the 3D aspect though!
Wow go Whit!!
I was wondering what Rio was like coz I just assumed that it would be another generic animated movie. Might give it a shot
xxx
Looks like a good weekend! I was thinking about Rio, looks kinda cute. Maybe I will give it a try.
Great job Whit!
I would love to see that movie – I don't know if I can get my husband to go with me though.
I need to try tempeh again – I didn't have the best experience with it.
Sounds like a busy weekend!!! My kids want to see Rio, but I'm undecided…..
Glad to see you liked Rio so much! Now I think I'll have to go see it
I love adding cereal to smoothies because I need the CRUNCH. I also need some more Honey Sunshine in my life STAT.
I've never even heard of Rio…i'm so out of the loop. New movie on my to-see list now!
I haven't seen an animated movie in way too long–adding Rio to my list!
