Oh man, as much as I’m totally loving have the sun up so late, it’s killing my body and it’s eating schedule! It can’t figure out when to eat and when not to! At least it’s making me more aware of what my body wants!
I knew I had a super long day out in the field so I woke up way earlier than normal and headed to the gym for a run. I was in a hurry so finished 4.5 miles in 42 minutes before hurrying home and getting out to work! It sure turned out to be a gorgeous day today!
I pre-packed breakfast and devoured it when I made it to my destination…which was way too fast as my stomach took some time to catch up with it! I had the same breakfast as yesterday, which was PB soy yogurt, cinnamon, strawberries, and Attune Cereal Mix that I made!
I can’t get enough of this meal! I’m going to be sad when it runs out!
Normally a day like this would kind of drive me crazy, because I stare at one place for 8 hours but for some reason it didn’t seem so bad today.
I enjoyed looking at all the pretty birds I was surrounded by…and all their crazy mating calls. Yes, I listened to mating calls ALL.DAY.LONG.
How cute are those Quail!? I can’t believe people eat them…hrmf.
Anyhow, time was flying and by the time I ate lunch it was already 1:30! Yikes! Luckily I had a heating mechanism in the works all morning…field in the soup?

I totally used one of my reusable bags, black, and the heat of the sun to heat up my soup! Now, it wasn’t boiling or anything, but helped get rid of the chill that remained after being in the fridge all night long! Leftover Vegetable Soup with Chickpeas hidden in there somewhere…
By then my my stomach caught up with my brain and it was time for snacks! It was a long day so of course snacks were needed. Tiny apple and Banana Walnut Muffin?
On the way home from the field I snacked on those super tasty Mini PB Sandwich Crackers…such a great snack!
A 10 hour day plus working out and finishing that before the sun was even up means I was tired and needed a good dinner. I started off with some grapes…
And finished off with a salad beast and the last Organic Black Bean Burger!
Now dessert is Mini Cadberry Eggs and GLEE. Yep, great way to end the night, before another long day tomorrow! Oh the joys of field work starting with Spring in the air…and the birds of course! Yay!

Aren't morning workouts the best too? They really make you feel like you've accomplished so much before you even really start the day off. The Mini PB Sandwich Crackers do look tasty and like a great snack. And now I have a craving for black bean burgers!!

Beautiful bird pics and great treadmill run. I've never run on a treadmill, but may need to track one down if the rain doesn't stop here! The soup sounds wonderful and great view for eating.
