Oh, and since you’ve deprived me of vegetables for the past few days I defied you with eggs and some lightly sauced greens from my AH box…There was purple in there!  so cute!

    is it just me or has your stomach been "off" for over a month? Or at least youve been complaining about it for that long…so obviously whatever you are eating isnt doing you well or you just arent listening to your bodies signals! ;)How about going to see a nutritionist or someone who knows more about your bodies food needs? Just a suggestion cause you dont seem to be getting any better…
    I hope you rest up this weekend!

    ginger and peppermint is super lovely for your belly — i hope you feel better!

    when my belly was off for a while, i was eating toast often…but then I found out I was gluten/wheat intollerant! No wonder the bread wasn't helping me! I hope you get to the bottom of things soon!
