Oh how I am. Because I am currently running out of it right now. This week is going to be filled with very early mornings and going to bed at 10pm just isn’t cutting the need to be up at 5am or before. Yikes.
Sorry for the brevity, but here is my food from today! I bet I won’t even capitalize letters (cause i’m ghettttttttttto like that!)
5am breakfast: PB banana blueberry breakfast cookie
mid morning snacks:
3 PB Carrot Cookies and Strawberries
1/2 TJ’s dark chocolate bar
Lunch: tofu/laughing cow/hummus veggie wrap with two small apples
snack: one more PB Carrot Cookie
dinner: orange with way too many seeds
light vegetable soup with a 1/2+ C cooked lentils added
about two servings of mini pretzels from whole foods
dessert: TJ’s chocolate pudding with three Newman’s Own Ginger O’s.
and lots of field work. Day end. and I’m burnt to a crisp. freak’n sun is too bright shining off that water.
I’m flying tomorrow and hopefully i won’t get sick like last time. fingers crossed. I’m taking a wee bit of Dramamine and wearing this electric shock bracelet to help…yipes.
