So Many Things To Make!

Man, I have a whole list building up of the things I need and want to make!  I can’t wait for this weekend to get here so I can get on it!  I’m way excited to get in the kitchen and get my bake on!!!

After breakfast this morning I was still hungry, and with my continuing hankering for chocolate I had this little snack:

Held me over for mucho, mucho long.

I am so happy that Cabot cheese is lactose free because I cannot get enough of my Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese…gah I’m in heaven.  I had a nice block, shredded on a piece of Dave’s Killer Bread w/ pepper and tomato slices, a carrot and a super juicy and tasty mango.

I hit my three o’clock slump and snacked on 1/2 of this awesome TJ’s Chocolate Bar.  Can you tell I had a hankering for chocolate today?  I don’t know where this is freak’n coming from!!!

I did a 45 min yoga video with my roommate to stretch out those tight muscles from the Miami Half Marathon and let my dinner do it’s work on the stove…

Enter my favorite Brown Rice Medley courtesy of an TJ’s visit (that ripped me of my $$$ being)!

I mixed a serving of it with some cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, garlic and onion that I sautéed in some olive oil and low sodium soy sauce…in the end I also added a veggie burger for protein.

Definitely helping me getting out of my eating rut.  I miss stir fry veggies, just like I was telling Danica that I miss TJ’s Vegetable Gyozas…oh until I return to California…or a state with a TJ’s.

And the night ended with the consumption of more of this trail mix:

It might be almost gone?  This is why I don’t buy this stuff…I can’t control myself!

~Remember: Ask Me Anything!  I’m loving the questions I’m getting!!!  I can’t wait to start answering them!

~Didn’t win a box from the Forze Bar Giveaway?  Now you have a chance to purchase your own box with a special offer for $10 any purchase!  For instance, you could receive a box of 10 count Forze Bars (SRP-$19.90) for only $9.90!  Go to and use code RFG10 (stands for Rainforestgurl) in the promo code box. All orders also include free “ground” shipping, this excludes express and international shipments.

I’m off to foam roll my legs until they ache…and my IT Band started hurting today, so you know I’m rolling that too!!!  I don’t want to be injured!  Yikes!
