Anyhow, lots of snacky snacks today…but I was hungry. What can I say?
I had planned on running when I woke up but after waking at 4am to pee and not being able to sleep again, I wasn’t feeling it. Instead I ate breakfast and went on a nice 4 mile power walk with my mama! The fresh berries were screaming my name when I opened the fridge, so I couldn’t pass them up! Topped em’ on top of an Arnold’s Thin w/ Naturally More PB. Delish.
Of course we got back from our walk and I was famished and dehydrated. Like always. I finished up my soy yogurt from yesterday and topped it off w/the very last of my kashi go lean crunch, and more blueberries.
And then I had a few
ten of these…sooo good!
I spent the morning working on the blog and writing out PACKING LISTS for both my trip to COLORADO next week, and then moving tow TEXAS just a few days after I get back! Can you believe I’m going to pull a two-dayer again from CA to TX? Yes, I’m mad like that.
Anyhow, lunch was quick (one egg, two whites and laughing cow cheese in a whole wheat pita w/ a white peach)
because I had to help mom do this…
After helping out, which consisted chasing around our other dog to keep her out of the dirt while she was still wet…I had a few handfuls of these. So good.
I mad scrapbooked the afternoon away and then had a pre-run snack: apple and more naturally pb.
I headed out just into my neighborhood for an awesome run for about 28 minutes, which I’m guessing was around 3-3.5 miles. Then I came back and did:
- 30 push ups (2 sets of 15)
- 50 bicycle crunches (2 sets of 25)
- 50 crunches (2 sets of 25)
- 50 reverse crunches (2 sets of 25)
- 30 uh…i don’t know what they’re called, but you lay on your back, bend your legs to a 90 degree angle and go back and forth to each side keeping your shoulders on the ground…of those things (2 sets of 15).
I felt awesome! Then I grubbed, of course: watermelon…
And my favorite spaghetti squash!!! I topped it off w/ 1/2 a can of low sodium black beans and salsa…there was a dance party on my tongue.
And I had more watermelon afterwards.
Alright, it’s late, and I have an early morning hill workout tomorrow!
