Update

Sorry I haven’t been around lately. I have a serious issue keeping this thing updated! but the fact that i have dial up and it takes forever to upload my pictures is my biggest struggle..i simply hate waiting for it to upload! agg! and the fact that i have to compress the photos beforehand too is really annoying. But i can’t do anything about that so i’ll try to update as much as possible, but sometimes i just don’t have the time for it everyday.

Otherwise, the store is gearing up for V-day and it looks like it’s going to be a very early morning for me that day; getting up around 4am to get to work to start getting strawberries and everything ready for the crazy customers that start showing up at 7am. loonies…shouldn’t everyday be v-day and you show your love for your significant other then? ha, holidays are so commercialized these days. Geezzz….

Anyways, that’s about all the updating i’ve got for right now. I’m going to be gone all weekend to Arizona so there will be no updating…but as soon as i get back i promise to update my blog…have a happy weekend!

1 February – Friday

Bfast: apple and Kashi heart to heart cereal

Lunch: ww flaxseed bread w/ soycheese and marinara; orange

Snack: aussie mint chocolate

Dinner: garlic and olive oil couscous w/ veggies and veggie chik’n

2 February – Saturday

Bfast: banana, strawberries, kashi go lean crunch almonds and kashi go lean w/ milk

Exercise: 4 mile run

Lunch: ww veg hummus sandwich; ww goldfish; apple

Dinner: orange; veg burger w/ avocado on 1 pc ww bread

3 February – Sunday

Bfast: oatmeal w/ apple, cranberries and walnuts

Exercise: 5 miles (4 run, 1 walked)

Lunch: hummus and carrots; ww crackers and apple

Dinner: 3 pcs cheeseless spinach, bell pepper, tomato pizza (i can’t have lots of cheese, so luckily my friend was willing to sacrifice the cheese and just add loads of Parmesan onto it afterwards! haha!)

4 February – Monday

Bfast: 2 packets simple harvest oatmeal

Exercise: 6.5 miles (3.5 run, 3 walked)

Lunch: veggie hummus sandwich w/ strawberries and an orange

Snack: luna bar

Dinner: i went out to dinner w/ a friend and forgot my camera (retarded me, and i don’t have a camera phone…) but we went out for japanese food and i had veggie udon (ate half the noodles) w/ 1 pc of veggie (carrot) tempura

Snack: handful of goldfish, cranberries and pretzel honey sticks (one of each…i was really hungry! Japanese food never holds me over long!)

5 February – Tuesday

Bfast: kashi go lean and go lean crunch almond w/ lf plain yogurt, strawberries and blueberries

Exercise: 5 mile run

Lunch: ww bagel w/ lots of hummus

Snack: TLC bar

Work: 8hrs on feet

Dinner: couscous w/ broccoli and black bean burger; 1/4 apple, pineapple and strawberries

Snack: few pieces each of milk chocolate and dark chocolate
